Farewell Culver City - Hello Downtown LA
In the early fall of 2014, Ford’s Filling Station will open a new restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles. This great opportunity has contributed to our difficult decision to close our beloved original location in Culver City.
Over the last ten years Culver City has been our home—the place where I met my wife, celebrated our children’s achievements, threw epic BBQ’s, and unforgettable parties. It is that special place where our creative vision connected with interesting people and an inviting community to create Ford’s Filling Station.
We wish to thank you, our customers, because you are not just our patrons. You are our friends. In the beginning you helped us craft our community—as strangers who came together to become long-lasting friends, and in a few cases, life-long partners. You helped us nurture our children, made our lives richer and fuller, and you helped us pursue our dreams. Not only did we try to take care of you, but you so graciously took care of us as well.
We are eternally grateful to those who have graced our tables, supported our causes, and made Ford’s Filling Station the institution that it has become.
Our dedicated, hardworking, and friendly staff worked hard every day to keep our vision alive and there are no words to convey how much we appreciate their efforts.
Last but not least, we wish to acknowledge and thank Culver City for the great honor we have enjoyed serving you. It is indeed a special place—the comfortable place where we chose to both live and work.
Thank you all for ten years of great food, wonderful people, and fun times. But most of all, thank you for making us the fine institution that we are today.

On Sunday, May 11 from 10am - 3pm, show your mom how much you appreciate her with a delicious brunch at Ford’s Filling Station. We will be serving Chef’s Specials like Lobster BLT, Corned Beef Hash & Eggs, Crab Cake Benedict, House-cured Gravlax, and Wild Mushroom Quiche along with our regular menu.

Easter Sunday Brunch
Join us for our annual Easter Sunday Brunch on April 20th from 10am-3pm.
You won’t have to hunt for eggs on our menu. With choices like:
Lobster BLT, Corned Beef Hash & Eggs, Crab Cake Benedict, House-cured Gravlax, and Wild Mushroom Quiche you will be hopping with happiness.
Valentine’s Day Dinner (Friday & Saturday)
In celebrating the spirit of romance, Chefs Benjamin Ford and Gavin Lansdale have prepared a 3-course dinner bringing forth the senses, sure to capture the love in the air for Friday, February 14th. A limited menu will be offered at the bar and in our Beer Garden.
Just in case you can’t make it on Friday, we are offering the Valentine’s Day Dinner menu on Saturday, February 15th along with our regular menu.
